In the exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Governor of the North-West Frontier Province, has been pleased to summon the Provincial Assembly to meet on Thursday, the 31st December, 2009 at 04:00 P.M. in the Assembly Building of the North-West Frontier Province, Khyber Road, Peshawar Cantonment.
