On August 4, 2008, a deadly flood played havoc and devastated the NWFP, particularly the Regi Lalma, Police Colony-cum-Nasir Bagh Road and the adjacent areas to Chagharmatti, including Khazana Shugar Mill, Budnee, and Shero Jhangay region in Peshawar. It swept away everything, including the livelihood assets. The affected people need our help and attention in this hour of need.
